The project is placed in Can Ricart, one of the most unique places in the city of Barcelona. Considered today the city’s heritage. The configuration of this residential building is based on the adequacy and interaction of the public space and the tested space. Always maintaining the idea of a grid of spaces with different activities that intertwine and generate different instants within the house. Situations in which the interaction between the inhabitants is inevitable because of the undeniable connection that is generated between the different rooms of the house. Intercalating polyvalent spaces and common or private use. Homes that give the possibility of dividing into two sub-houses, thus generating more opportunities and years of life for the project. The interaction of the public space and the private space is given by different filters represented by two large squares that interspersed and link the different spaces.
